My first encounter with Google
Glass came on a Saturday in June, when
I showed up at the Glass Explorers??? ???Basecamp,???
a sunny spread atop the Chelsea Market.
My tech sherpa, a bright-eyed young woman,
set me up with a mimosa as we perused the
various shades of Glass frames, each named
for a color that occurs in nature. I was
