Come on! Following the right etiquette you need to ask chef's permission in order to do “scarpetta” (literally “small shoe”) taking all remaining salsa with some bread. I am not saying that you really need to ask chef before, but please, many persons are already using a spoon while eating pasta (disgusting)…how can you lick your plate in a restaurant? What will be next step? o use hands avoiding a fork?
